Privacy Policy

DocPass is made by Adeniko("we"). This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: your photos and documents never leave your device.

Photos and documents

Photos you take or choose, scans, ID images, signatures and PDFs are processed entirely on your phone using on-device machine learning (Apple Vision on iOS, Google ML Kit on Android). Nothing is uploaded to us or to any server. Results are stored in the app's private storage on your device (recent photos, saved signatures) and are deleted when you delete them or uninstall the app. Files you choose to save or share go only where you send them.

What we do not collect

• No account, no email, no name
• No photos, scans or documents
• No location — the app does not use location services
• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks
• No analytics SDK in the current version

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To recognise your purchases across reinstalls we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts from the store. RevenueCat does not receive your photos or any personal data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Permissions

• Camera — to take document photos and scan pages.
• Photo library — to pick an existing photo and to save results.
• Files — to pick a PDF for signing.

A location permission string is present in the app's manifest because a photo library component can read location data embedded in photos; DocPass never requests or uses your location.

Children

DocPass is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
