The service
DocPass produces photos and documents formatted according to published government specifications. We keep these specifications sourced and dated, but acceptance of any photo or document is decided solely by the receiving authority. DocPass does not guarantee acceptance. Rules change; always check the current requirements of the authority you are applying to.
No retouching
DocPass changes only the background and the crop of your photo. It does not alter facial features or skin. You are responsible for using a recent, unedited photo of yourself that complies with the authority's rules.
Purchases
- This photo is a one-time purchase that unlocks export of one photo. It is charged once and does not renew.
- Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited photo exports and removes watermarks from the document tools. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. There is no free trial.
Prices are shown in the store in your local currency and may differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Use DocPass only for your own documents or with the consent of the person pictured. Do not use it to forge, alter or misrepresent identity documents.
Liability
DocPass is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Adeniko is not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines or any indirect loss arising from use of the app.
